These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at daverion.com (the “Site”), operated by Daverion AI (PTY) LTD (“Daverion”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Site is an informational marketing website. Our products — TRST, BRDG and SGNL — are not yet publicly available and are marked “launching soon”. When a product launches, it will have its own terms of service that govern its use, in addition to (and prevailing over) these Terms where there is any conflict relating to that product.

4. “Launching soon” products
Descriptions of TRST, BRDG and SGNL on this Site describe our intended products and are provided for information only. They do not constitute an offer, a commitment to deliver any specific feature, or a guarantee of availability, pricing or timing. Features and details may change before launch.
In particular, and without limitation: TRST presents reputation information and a trust score based on reviews, completed jobs, a verified real-person check and referrals — it is not a vetting service and not a safety guarantee. Customers should always exercise their own judgement when engaging any worker or service provider.

The Site links to other websites, including our product subdomains and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
